We're glad you enjoyed this recipe! If your buttercrunch wasn't quite crunchy enough, you may have needed to cook the sugar a tad longer to achieve the "hard-crack" stage. We'd suggest leaving the sugar mixture on the heat for about 30 seconds more next time. We hope this helps and happy baking!
