I just gave this a go and I'll be honest I'm not sure I got it completely right. It reduced down to 1/8th of the original and I stirred the mixture frequently but it is still the consistency of apple cider, and I was never able to get the full bubble coverage even after 6 hours. I did pull some and that has cooled down to the consistency of a syrup so it is looking up when it cools. Either way it tastes great and I can't wait to give this a go.
