OMG this is the best thing that I have ever tasted. Forget the pie, I am just going to lather my tongue with this.

I saw theKA pie recipe but did not have enough time to order the clear jel or boiled cider. I found this recipe and used 1/2 gallon of cider.

I can easily see how it can go from good to scorched in no time. The pace of progress accelerated as it reduced.

I used a non stick sauce pan until it was about 3/4 reduced. This is where I noticed change in color and viscosity so I transferred it to a double boiler and finished it.

The taste is incredible and can’t wait to see how the pie turns out
