Can you just re-write the article more clearly and have somebody proof read it? You tell everyone to get scales. Then you have different weights. Then you revert to volume measurements. You never show what amount came out of the recipes and where, to come to these new recipes. You change the name to slurry. I suggest you show the original WEIGHTED recipe. Then show each of the example WEIGHTED recipes A, B, and C side by side, to make clear what came out of where. I appreciate the effort. But to anyone other than the one who wrote this, its a real clunker of an explanation.
