Hi Mary Ann, we're very sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble with your popovers sticking! It looks like we sent you a replacement pan recently, so hopefully this one will work much better for you! We recommend hand washing only for these pans, to preserve the non-stick finish. It does help to grease the pan heavily, but you may find that the kind of pan spray we sell will work better for you than Pam. Another option would be using solid vegetable shortening and a dusting of flour, or a baking spray that includes flour in it (Baker's Joy).
