Hi Gee! We'd recommend using almond flour for no more than 1/4 of the flour in this recipe. That would equal 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of almond flour, and 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. The finished popovers will likely be denser than the original recipe, but still delicious. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
