I made this yesterday, it's delicious! Made a few tweaks:
- too lazy to make the topping, put spices and some walnuts in the batter, used orange zest because I love orange with cardamom, and baked it in an 8" round pan
It tasted good yesterday, but is superb today. This is definitely going to be a regular!
