I'm on my 3rd bread machine. First (around 1992) was an American Harvest machine that made 2 loaves at a time, then when it died I got a Breadman, and now I have a Zo Mini. It's the right size now that the kids are grown. Most of the time I use it only for dough, then bake the loaf in the oven, so I can still use it for a recipe that uses 3 cups of flour. I have a couple of things that I don't like about the Zo: It's not good for raisin bread because it chops up the fruit too much. The dough cycle doesn't have an "Add" beep for adding fruit like the regular cycle does. It's hard to determine when to add the raisins because the knead stage varies in the amount of time it takes. My other peeve is that 20 minute "rest" after I turn it on and before the machine starts mixing! However, I would hate to be without it. No doubt when this one wears out I'll be looking for another.
