Hi, do you think Fiori di Scilia would work for this on a vanilla cake with lemon curd in a layer? If so, how would you flavor the buttercream (ie: how much fiori di sicilia would you use and do you also still use 1 to 2 Tbs vanilla or do you skip the vanilla)? Thanks! trying to step outside of my vanilla comfort zone with flavors & combinations!
