Beth, I was just reacquainting myself with that recipe. Seems you could add 3 tablespoons of the flour to the boiling water along with the oats, then cook just the tiniest bit, enough to thicken the flour. Should make the resulting bread even softer and more "long-lived." It's on my list to test; thanks for the suggestion! PJH@KAF
