Hi!

Hoping you can help me. I'm not sure what going on with my starter, I'm not getting a lot of rise to it. I started it on the 17th and have been feeding it 1:1:1 unbleached flour and room temp water every night. I only saw grow on the 25th (7th day) and then yesterday there did not seem to be as much growth. I live in a basement suite and was having a hard time with the temperature, so I have been putting it in the oven with the light on and I'm not sure if it still might not be the right environment temperature for it still. Some days there seems to be a little watery film on top, other days it seems a little thicker

Hoping you can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong and if I need to start over.
