Hi Tamara, as long as you're not seeing any signs of mold or a pink or orange hue, I think it's worth trying to revive. I would pour/scoop off the dark hooch and feed the healthier-looking portion below. Try feeding twice a day at room temperature for a few days--there's a good chance your starter will rebound nicely.
