Thanks for the reassurance. My sourdough has survived one move to another state already. I was wondering if anyone else had any good go-to recipes for what you use the run off of the starter for (what I'm referring to is the stuff you take away from the starter before feeding it again). My kids LOVE sourdough waffles. In fact my 10 yr old says they are the cure all for any bad morning or any virus...he swears he felt so much better after the flu when eating waffles the next day.
