Fantastic. This has been a problem for me ever since I began making Levain. I currently have been making the Tartine Country Loaf and it is a big deal getting the loaves into the preheated cast iron pot. Thank you so much; I use King Arthur flour and love your Sift magazines as well as your recipes in both my emails and in your catalogs. I love King Arthur!
