If you have a pizza stone, Linda, definitely use it! Put your pie pan right onto the hot stone for a nice, crisp bottom. If you can line the bottom of your oven with foil just in case any butter drips, it'll save some potentially unpleasant oven cleaning. Annabelle@KAF
