Hi Peggy, if you use our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour, you can simply replace the all-purpose flour in the crust without making any other changes. (Be sure your use Measure for Measure, which is something different than our Gluten-Free Flour if you want to make a straight 1:1 swap.) Happy baking! Kye@KAF
