Jeff November 13, 2020 at 7:57pm I have a small serrated bread knife that I use for slashing. It works quite well and leaves tall ears. I am partial to batards and make either 3 or 5 diagonal slashes on a 500-550 gram loaf. All of my breads are 100% whole grain. Reply
