Hi Frankie! You have a couple of options if you're looking to bake it in a hot Dutch oven. We have a blog article about it, but the two options are to 1. Let the dough rise right in the Dutch oven, preheat your oven, and put the whole Dutch oven, bread and all, into the already hot oven to bake. Option 2. Heat the pot in the oven for a good 30 minutes, then carefully lower your risen bread into it (using a parchment paper sling is the easiest way) put the hot lid on, and bake as directed. Baking two loaves side by side using each of these two methods create nearly identical loaves, so the choice is up to you — happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
