Could you replace the whole milk for the "Baker's Special Dry Milk" and if so what is the ratio? Trying to make a vegan biscuit. Since it is dry how much water would I use? The recipe that I use call for 3/4 cup of whole milk. Also, would I be able to substitute the unsalted butter with vegan butter at the same ratio? Thanks in advance.
