My dough came out quite sticky after rising and resting, making it very difficult to work with and shape. I find this happens with most KAB bread recipes I try. Any advice? I know I can probably add a bit more flour, I just find it odd that I consistently run into issues with this when others seem to make out just fine. So maybe there is something else I am doing wrong?
