Hi Juli! If you're just looking at the overview from a blog post like this, you won't necessarily see all of the important measurements. You'll want to look at the actual recipe linked at the top, which you can also find here: Classic Baguettes recipe. As you'll see in the recipe, the weight of the flour in the starter is 120 grams.
