Could you post the amount of grain that you use to get 3 1/4 cups of flour? I don't want to grind more than I actually need for this recipe. In general, what is the ratio between grain to start with and resulting flour? Does it depend on the setting of the mill? If you are recommending grinding your own flour why don't you give the amount of grain to start with and the setting of the mill?
