Hi Julia,
My mom used to make rhubarb custard pies, which were my all-time favorite. I was very fortunate to have been given access to a major haul of rhubarb this year, so I searched my cookbook stash and found one that actually turned out VERY well. It is located in the Better Homes and Gardens “new baking book”, Copyright 1998 by Meredith Corporation.
