As retired empty nesters, a 7" pie plate is perfect. I have an old (antique?) glass Fire King 7" pie plate that was my grandmother's that I use. I much prefer a metal pie plate and would buy one if it were available. I enjoy making yeast breads, but I LOVE making pies, fruit, custard or savory. I don't trust people who don't enjoy eating pie! 😋☘️
