I wish there was a search feature for comments because you have probably answered this. I want to bake In cast iron skillets. I have a 12inch and a few 10 inch skillets. I want a medium thick pizza. What is the best size to use? Do I just need a little cornmeal on skillet first or should I use oil? Do I need to adjust baking time or temp?
