My bundt cake was a disaster! I followed your advice to the letter: I brushed the tin carefully with vegetable oil and dusted it with granulated sugar just before I put the mixture in. When it was baked (at 325 for 40 mins) I had it tin-side up for 5 minutes then cake side up for another 5 mins. I shook it gently from side to side and put a spatula down the sides to loosen. But when I took the tin off most of the top bit of the cake was still in the tin - the bit you can't get to with the spatula. Does anybody know what else I can do
