Wow, PJ. Just Wow! This is an amazing improvement over the many other pie crust making methods I have tried over the years! Thank you! I used this on Black Friday to make a Pot Pie from our Thanksgiving leftovers. My husband announced I could abandon further search as this recipe nailed it. We are both thrilled about this! Your description was perfect, too, and included valuable tips. My hero.
