I made this and stored the raw dough in the freezer. I just thawed it in the refrigerator overnight, and used it to make a chicken pot pie tonight. The crust was excellent! It was so convenient to have crust in the freezer. I wrapped in parchment, and then overwrapped with heavy freezer bag. This is an easy crust to make.
