I agree with the poster who asked for a demo with more "common" apple varieties. During these COVID times, I'm avoiding stores and only have access to those apples that can be delivered. I'd like to see a description of the baking pros/cons of gala, honey crisp, pink lady, and Fuji. Those seem to be the only options other than Granny Smith (which you have covered) and Red Delicious, which is not really food at all.
