Hello. So, I always measure with grams and a scale but sometimes recipes come in cups. On the side of your bread flour bag it says 1 cup = 120 grams. Now I have tested this on 5 different bags of your bread flour. Spoon filling a measuring cup, leveling it off with a knife and weighing it. It is always 140 grams, not 120 grams. Which measurement should I be using? Thanks!
