Hello, I am lost. I have been studying your recipe, and I jumped into how to make rye sour and it yields 3/4 of a cup with subsequent feedings over the course of 3 days, etc. then I look at your Jewish rye recipe and it calls for much much more rye sour doing a completely different method. Do I stop making the rye sour and just go with the one in your recipe? I am so confused right now. Please help me sort this out. Thank you so much.
