Hi Barbara, I've been baking artesan bread in my Dutch Oven. Is this a good option for this rye? I usually preheat the Dutch oven to 450 degrees for 30 minutes, bake covered for 30 minutes and remove the lid for another 7 minutes to form a good crust.
