Hi Rupal! To bake in a convection oven, you'll want to lower the oven temperature by 25°F and begin checking your cookies for doneness about 5 minutes earlier than the recipe suggests. Keep track of how much time your recipes take so you can write it on the recipe card for next time. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
