You're welcome to try using our Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe as a base and then make some adjustments to make them a bit chewier. Remember to follow these tips here:
1. Substitute 1 cup brown sugar for the 2/3 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
2. Substitute 1/2 cup butter for the 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
3. Bake the cookies for 14 minutes in a preheated 325°F oven.
You can add different mix-ins to make the cookies just as you like them: use nuts, fruit, any kind of chips or chunks, even oats. Personalize your cookies as you like. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
