Hi, Pádraig! It really doesn't matter which weight in grams you pick. For consistency, just weigh one that's the size you want, weigh it, and make that your standard. (Or round up/down for an easier to remember number.) The nice thing about home baking is that you aren't beholden to anyone else's particular standard.
