I have a 13" pullman and an 8" (Loaf I guess), both with square sides. I want a 9x5 with square sides, but I don't need the lid for the 9" pullman. Do any of your pans fit my "wants"? They all look sloped to me, except the pullmans. I haven't bought any bread since Covid struck and the sloped sides cut short the number of nice sandwich slices in the loaf. I just made you Basic Sourdough Bread recipe, for the umpteenth time, and just realized it calls for a 9" pan. It came out fine with nice square sides, perfect for sandwiches. This is a great, quick, mix everything together and let it rise then throw it in the pan recipe.
