I would love to get a great baking loaf pan which you seem to have with the right materials of steel and aluminum. However, it does have a non stick coating and I was wondering if that contains PFOA and PFOS. I’m trying to find something without those two toxic materials. If you didn’t put non stick coatings on your steel/aluminum pan, wouldn’t it still release the bread if rubbed with grease and flour before baking? Also, what do you find is the best grease to use on pans and should you always grease plus flour before adding mixture?
