If you'd like to dip a taller, cakey cookie that you can easily hold onto the top of you can just lightly dip the bottom of the cookie in chocolate and gently shake off any excess, you can also use a mini offset spatula to remove any extra. Then place the cookies on a flat pan lined with parchment paper so the chocolate can set. Thinner cookies will be trickier, but with some patience, you can make it happen. You might also try to use two skewers or toothpicks, poking one into each side of the cookie so you can gently dip the bottom of the cookie in chocolate. We hope this helps!
