Hi! Are there any flavors that do not pair well with sourdough? I have seen mainly chocolate, coconut, carrot and spice cake pairing with sourdough. I would like to know your insights as to (when choosing a recipe to adapt to sourdough) what flavorings will work well with sourdough and which ones not. I don't want to end up with lets say... lemon cake sourdough which is just not palatable because lemon and sourdough doesn't go together. Thanks, Great post!!!!!
