Hi. Thanks for this article. I do something similar with an enriched roll recipe (butter, eggs, milk) but I do the first rise then shape and freeze.
Anyway my question has to do with baking the rolls with other things in the oven. There's a lot going on Thanksgiving day and it will be helpful to cook and/or reheat other sides while the rolls are baking and the turkey is resting. Is this ok? Are there any tips to make sure the rolls bake well? I'm concerned about the excess moisture in the oven.
