I would like to make bread and give them as gifts for Christmas but don’t want to spend most of it in the kitchen. I know this post was about rolls but can you do the same thing with bread loaves? Make a batch and freeze the dough ball and put it in a freezer bag? I’ve also read I have to double the yeast if I freeze it is that true?
