Recently I have been baking some cheese sticks using commercial puff pastry.
This is a new recipe I'm trying currently. The sticks come out wafting with deliciousness and lovely and crisp. But when these cool outside the oven they become limp and 'stale'. Will leaving it to cool in the oven help me? Will it remain crisp in my container outside the oven? I'm using grated tasty cheese.Please advise.
