Yes, Louise you're correct: all oils and fats are gluten-free (but not necessarily certified gluten-free depending on how they are processed and packaged). We just meant that there will be more information shared about coconut oil in a future post that features gluten-free recipes. Feel free to do some of your own experimenting in the meantime! Kye@KAF
