Sherrill, you are more than welcome to try this recipe with your machine even though the timing of the cycles is different. The final texture of the bread may be slightly different going from machine to machine, but you may find that you find the results pleasing anyways. Give it a go and if you find that it doesn't give you the gluten-free loaf you are hoping for, try setting a homemade cycle using the times given in the comments above. Still stuck?
