Hi Jane, the basic recipe for the garlic basting oil is included on the recipe page, although Martin adds some lemon slices and fresh habenaro pepper and a touch of salt in the video. The basil sauce is composed of blanched basil, olive oil and garlic. There isn't an exact recipe for this, but I'll ask Martin if he would be willing to add one to the recipe page.
