I am in the process of drying out my starter (2 days in), have 3 sheets drying. One is good, another looks dark & discolored in the center... I think it's too thick but will let it continue to dry. The third sheet I scraped onto my parchment against a cooling rack.. and now the starter looks like it has brown stripes where the rack is... is this now garbage?
