The organic sugar I buy at Costco is marked fine, but is much more coarse than Imperial cane suare! Should I reduce the grain size in my Cuisinart, before creaming with butter? Feels very granular even when using the paddle at the right speed on my KitchenAid stand mixer and watching the time. Thank you?
