This is a great recipe!!! I tried to bake it 3 times already. Unfortunately first time was failed as I skipped to read the first step of kneading flour with yeast and water. I thought potato flour functions as yeast but it turned out terrible. Second time I used SAF Red Instant Yeast and it turned out good. I totally forgot that I have SAF Gold Instant Yeast as I don't use it very often. I tried it on third time and it turned out perfect!!! The dough was easier to take care and the bread was fluffier than the one when I used SAF Red Instant yeast. I will bake it again for next potluck party. Thank you very much for the great recipe!!! PS... I'm living in Hawaii :)
