Is it right that this recipe contains no xanthan gum or gum of any kind? I don't have acces to your flour blend (which I see has no gum), and plan on using my own, but I find it very unusual to not add any gum. I'm worried they will just fall apart, but maybe I'm wrong? Thank you!
