The SHAPE cycle only can be used with the HOMEMADE course, not with the other pre-programmed courses such as WHITE or WHOLE WHEAT. I suppose that I could create and save a HOMEMADE course in memory with a SHAPE cycle turned on, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the pre-programmed courses. I did determine that the second punch-down for the EUROPEAN course is at 1:35 minutes, so that gives me a timer setting for 2 of the pre-programmed course. I will keep observing and recording until I get them all. Keep up the great articles!!!
